Our AI chat feature is provided for informational assistance only. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. For critical matters regarding your hotel stay, please contact the hotel directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in LateCheckout belong to us and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as forwarded emails).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LateCheckout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of parsed booking information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LateCheckout and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
